SHIPPING POLICY

WTM Trailers is committed to providing our customers with the best shipping experience possible. We offer standard ground shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days (not including holidays) and orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of order fulfillment.

 

We also offer Express Shipping options, which are available at an additional cost. Express shipments are typically delivered within 1-3 business days from the date of shipment. Express shipments can be selected at checkout or by contacting our customer service team directly for assistance.

 

In addition to our standard ground and express delivery options, we also provide freight services for larger items such as trailers, trailer parts, etc., when necessary. Freight services may take up to 10 business days (not including holidays) depending on the size and weight of the item(s). Customers will be notified via email or phone if their order requires freight services and will be provided with a tracking number so they can easily monitor their package’s progress during transit.
